Microfinance is an effective tool in enabling access to finance for disadvantaged communities who may not be able to access traditional sources of finance. ECLOF provides this financial access together with a range of non-financial services such as micro insurance and capacity building, e.g. on water and sanitation, bookkeeping, financial literacy, organic farming, and civil society development through the formation of groups.
Agri Loans/Agri-Microfinance - financing facility to those engaged in agriculture to provide food and create livelihood for every family and their immediate community. The amount lent is used for agricultural production, livestock and aqua products, and asset acquisition to support the agricultural activity. Agri-microfinance products are as follows:
a) Grains – such as rice, corn, and others
b) Fruits – fruit trees including by-products such as coconut, cashew, mango, banana, citrus and others. Shrub fruits such as strawberry, pineapple, watermelon, melon and others.
c) Vegetable – such as chopsuey, pinakbet vegetables and others
d) Flowers & Herbs
a) Poultry – Chicken, duck and others
b) Livestock – pig, goat and others
c) Cattle - Carabao or Cow
d) Aqua products – fish, shrimp, crabs, seaweeds, shells and others
Land acquisition and/or improvement for farming purposes (such as direct acquisition, titling, greenhouse, solar dryer construction and others)

c) Vehicle for farm produce transportation
To provide additional working capital to strengthen existing businesses or enterprises.
Provide additional capital to individuals engaged in businesses that generate jobs. if not, undergo strengthening and primarily needs to increase their working capital or buy fixed assets for the business.
Designed to give financing facility to small and medium enterprises to support their business expansion and augment their working capital. SMEs play a vital role in the local economy in terms of employment and growth. Aside from stimulating entrepreneurship and innovation, SMEs also contribute to the expansion and diversification of markets and increase in savings rate and investment base.

Intended for churches, schools, cooperatives and non-government organizations (NGOs). It is divided into two (2) categories: General Capital Loans for Church/School infrastructure projects and Development Capital Loans for re-lending fund of Cooperatives and NGOs and for income-generating projects of schools and churches.

Microinsurance is offered primarily to provide affordable insurance coverage to individuals and businesses in low-income segments of society. It's tailored to meet the specific needs of those who are often excluded from traditional insurance services due to high costs or lack of accessibility. By offering lower premiums and simplified policies, microinsurance aims to protect these groups against common risks to promote financial inclusion and resilience against unexpected events.
I. Capacity Building and Business Development
a) Training on Basic Organic Farming – ECLOF provides training on the basic principles, technologies and concepts of organic farming.
b) Business Development, Business Planning and Institutional Building – ECLOF provides support to farmer groups in terms of strengthening their institution and building their capacities, and eventually link them to commercial market.
II. Learning Farm
a) ECLOF maintains a Learning Farm in Narra, Palawan for formal and practical training of farmers, associations and organization on organic farming.
